When I started ECO I wanted it to be something that united our industry. I had big goals… no big dreams, really of how I could use ECO as a way to give back. I ’ve started in ways that I can and that I am capable of doing NOW.
I have tried to be there for anyone in the industry who needed advice or someone to talk to. I try to be a mentor and use this platform to make as much of an impact as possible. I know there are more chefs that are doing the same and even more. I want to give them props. I want to hear about them. I want to meet them. I want all of US to celebrate them.
So here’s what we’re going to do. We are going to have a CHEF ECO OF THE MONTH. It’s up to you guys to let us know who you think it should be and why.
